A well-designed staff support area is crucial for maintaining employee morale and operational efficiency. When designing The Everly Putrajaya, we were fortunate to plan these spaces while the hotel was still on paper, allowing us to optimize functionality and comfort.
For a maximum of 200 staff members, the allocated spaces were carefully measured:

By integrating multipurpose spaces, such as a shared canteen and locker area, we maximized efficiency while maintaining a comfortable environment. Thoughtful planning of toilet and prayer facilities also ensures staff well-being.
